2023-04 Business and Rental Registration

Requires certain business and home owners that rent their homes to provide proof of liability insurance to the office of the Municipal Clerk.

2023-05 Stop signs to be placed on through streets on the Long Beach Boulevard

Authorizes stop signs to be installed on through streets that intersect the Long Beach Boulevard service road.

2023-07 Zoning

Provides for the use of temporary storage in all zones for up to 90 days with the use of a construction permit or for move in/out.  A permit is required for a cost of $50.00.

2023-08 Sale of a Portion of Property

The Borough had received a request from the only contiguous property owner to purchase a portion of property on N. 7th Street.  

2023-09 Budget Cap

This ordinance authorizes the Borough to exceed the budget cap for  a total of 3.5%.

The ordinance is amended to reflect no parking on Sunset Avenue between North 20^th Street and North 22^nd Street. The existing ordinance does not allow for parking between North 13^th Street and North 22^nd Street.
