Highlights

July Meeting

The Borough Council adopted the required NJDEP ordinances regarding salt storage and tree replacement. They also adopted a bond ordinance authorizing the spending for the painting and repair of the N. 14th Street water tower. 

The 2023 Audit was approved with no findings or recommendations.

The new trash truck is scheduled to ship this week’s end. 

The Beach Patrol census shows that our beaches had a record number of patrons during the 4th of July week.

FRAUD WARNING: there was a report that someone called a resident posing as the Chief of Police. Please be mindful of these calls and never give out any information without confirming credentials.

There will be a meeting to repair the N. 22nd Street street end on July 15th at 3:00 pm. Contact the Clerk’s office for the links for the virtual meeting.

There were sixty-five participants in the Hands on Learning Program at the Bay on Tuesday morning.
