Billing Schedule:
Water and sewer bills are mailed in April for the current year.
Payment Due Dates:
Payments are due in two installments:
- June 1
- October 1
Payment Methods:
Payments may be made:
- In person
- By mail (payable to Borough of Surf City)
Online Bill Pay (via your bank):
- Include your Block & Lot number or account number
- Allow 7–10 business days for delivery
Grace Period & Interest:
- Payments must be received by the 10th of the due month to avoid interest
- If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, the next business day is the deadline
Returned Check Fee:
- A $20.00 fee applies to any returned check (Ordinance 2-60.5)
Receipts:
- To receive a receipt, include:
  - Payment stub
  - Check
  - Self-addressed stamped envelope
Drop Box Option:
- A secure DropBox is available outside Borough Hall
- Place payment and stub in a sealed envelope
